Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between our customers and for trash and recycling cart cleaning services in the D/FW area.

Quality of Service’s cleaning services provide great results and are very effective. Some trash carts, however, are extremely soiled with grease, grime, etc. and may cause variable results. In extreme cases, some bins may take two cleanings to reach optimal cleanliness. Customers are responsible for leaving carts out on the scheduled cart cleaning day. If the carts are not left out for cleaning, customers will be subject to a $20 service charge to be deducted from the credit card on file. Once the cart cleaning is re-scheduled, customers will be charged the normal price, minus the previously paid service charge.


Routes are planned based on trash/cleaning days. We do our best to accommodate customers wishing to reschedule, but it isn’t always possible. Rescheduling more than seven days prior to your scheduled cleaning day will give us the best chance of serving you properly. Occasionally, our trucks are not operational due to weather, mechanical issues, etc., but we will make every effort to avoid service disruption. Should your service date be missed, we reserve the right to reschedule service if needed.


You may cancel up to 2 pm on the day prior to your scheduled cleaning for a full refund.


All billing is done using a credit card that is securely stored on file. Automatic payment will be applied when service is scheduled. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately to get it resolved.
